If Frame-Relay is configured over as MLP over Frame-Relay then we deal with
two entities

Configuring a Virtual Template as well as Configuring a Multilink Interface.

if Frame-Relay is configured over PPP only then we we
deal with only Virtual Template, no Multilink interface is needed.

Now we need to configure Multicasting. Where will we apply
PIM configuration whethere on serial interfaes or multilink interfaces or in
second case either serial or virtual template.
