Effective August 1st, 2004 - IOS version 12.2T in the R&S Lab Exam
The only mention of 12.3 I have seen is for the Service Provider track
which will begin testing IOS version 12.2T on 2600 routers and IOS
version 12.3T on 3600 and 3700 routers come July 1st.
