It matches traffic coming in to the pix from the inside interface from a
source ip address within the 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 range (shortened to 0 0).

So based on that, it will choose the next sequentially available address to
translate to as contained in the various global commands, based on which
interface the pix routes to based on destination address.

The basic PIX functionality can all be found in the Configuration Guides on
the Doc CD.

pix firewall. Does this nat the inside interface or chooses one ip address
randomly.
