Dialer Idle-Timeout

Is there any other way of not a router disconnecting a call besides the
command "Dialer Idle-timeout 0".

I have and ISDN connection between r1 and r2. I have confugired only router 2
to dial router 1, and not vice versa. One of the requirments is that that
router 1 should not disconnect the call.
