3640 router question

Hi all,

I have a 3640 been running fine for a long time...
last few days it has been producing garbage's on the Hyper Terminal
screen.....
sometime worked, sometime garbage's....
Today, it completely give me garbage and sometime blank with no characters...
Anyone experiencing this before? Please help.... I have tried all different
setting with Hyper Terminal with no help.
The router looks booted ok with all light and modules lit up....
