Hey guys,
If, I remember correctly ( always an iffy proposition), elmi is used and
required by the auto-qos feature which, again if I remember correctly is a
new to 12.3.
A while back - perhaps a couple of months ago, I thoroughly read through all
the documentation on that feature and thought to myself, "Boy, wouldn't it
be great to be able to config QOS using this feature on the lab. I wouldn't
have to worry about losing points on QOS if this feature were available."
