RE: 3COM Question

If I lookup the port state, it states the auto negotiation failed and port
is enabled.

No. we have not cleared any counters till today. we called 3COM today and
the tech wanted to take auto-negotiation off. Set the Speed and Duplex
Manually. We did that it did not work either.

We E-mailed him back our results. May be tomorrow he will call us.

I am thinking since there is no trunk created between these two switches,
will it improve if we create trunk and pass all Interswitch communication.
