Delete button always works. I have found the only way I can get rid of
spammers like this is to close my account. Even thought this user may
be kicked off he will just use another email and rejoin the list.
Sometimes with a list like this the only way to deal with email like
this is do all you can to get these people off and then last resort
delete the email.
