It seems that the phone can talk to each other. Look to routing.. The CCM
will setup the call but after that it goes phone to phone.. Can you Http
into his phone? just testing to see if you can reach him..

If he's using ports 15000 to 30000, it covers most of the ports used by RTP
(UDP 16384 to 32767). Although more accurate would be better!
TCP1720 wasn't on his list though for H323 Setup.

It sounds like your call setup is OK, but you are blocking the RTP for the
audio between the two.
