Brian-

This makes perfect since to me, I think... :-)

DNS is allocated 12.5% (rounded up)
DLSW is allocated 50%
HTTP is allocated 12.5% (rounded up)
and
Telnet falls in the default class and is given 25% (rounded down to 24%)

Although this config may not result in telnet getting 25% of the bandwidth
during periods of saturation, it should be functionally the same.

This is inline with my pervious equation, is it not?

(queue byte count / total byte count of all queues) * ((bandwidth capacity
of the interface * 75%) - RTP - LLQ - RSVP_BANDWIDTH)

 (2000/8000) * ((128000 * 75%) - 0 - 0 -0) = 25% of bandwidth
 (1000/8000) * ((128000 * 75%) - 0 - 0 -0) = 12.5 of bandwidth
 (4000/8000) * ((128000 * 75%) - 0 - 0 -0) = 50 of bandwidth
 (1000/8000) * ((128000 * 75%) - 0 - 0 -0) = 12.5 of bandwidth
