Cezar,

For the specific route, you have administrative distance(AD) as 180 for the
neighbor 10.160.100.1, but for the other neighbor(10.160.30.3),
you have the default AD value which is 90.

Metrics comes into play only when the administrative distances are
equal. Since you have unequal AD for the 2 neighbors, 10.160.30.3
will always be prefered for 11.11.0.0/16, even if it has higher cost
compared to 10.160.100.1. This is because lower AD is always prefered.
