Ethertype codes can be found in:
Cisco IOS Bridging and IBM Networking Command Reference, Volume 1 of 2 -->
Part 3: Appendix --> Ethernet Type Codes
As for the SAP codes, you'll find them scattered throughout Volume 1 and 2
of the IBM networking commands. You'll find many referneces to F0 being
Netbios, and 04 being SNA (and of course the odd sequential numbers going
with it), but AFAIK there is no comprehensive reference to these on the
DocCD.
So it will either become quick scanning or memorization. Those should be
the only ones to worry about in an ethernet-ethernet arrangement.
