This is a known and common "trick" people are using
currently to attempt to bypass virus scanners and infect you
with a virus. Delete any of these emails you receive that
have compressed files attached with passwords (or without
for that matter) - regardless of whether they are from
someone you know or don't know. I include people you know
because many worms come from emails sent from your firends
accounts that have been compromised and their address books
used to send you the virus. Another common virus trick
right now is to send you a message from postmaster saying
the attached email could not be sent. People are curious so
they open the email to see what it was they supposedly sent
that did not make it through. Don't fall for it, delete all
those types of emails, run an updated virus scanner, and run
a firewall to block ports in and out that you don't use.
There are many free virus scanners and firewalls out there
so no reason not to try and protect yourself.

Thanks,

Ian
