RE: BGP session resets: Hard versus Soft

OK, that's what I wanted to confirm. Having taken the lab before, I know
it's critical to not lose any time doing things the slow way when a faster
alternative is available. In some of the pratice labs I've done, I've done
hard resets and it's agonizingly slow.
