Page 62 of BGP-4 Command and Config handbook shows an example of where it is
useful. It relates to peer groups.
It was basically an ios restriction at the time but I am not sure it is
applicable anymore ?!?!

Hey gang,

I know I need to use the above command when the RR clients are
fully meshed. But, I seem to recall that there's another scenario where
client to client reflection must also be disabled. I just can't think of
it. Is there
another scenario where I have to disable client to client
reflection? If so, do you recall what that scenario is?
