These are the Ibgp peers so ebgp multihop is not required.peering is
working fine and also route is learned but not as the best route

Do you see BGP adjacencies at all? I think you need to add ebgp-multihop
2 on your neighbor statements, since you're peering between loopbacks.
Check it with "sh ip bgp sum".
