There were at one time differences in the lab locations, as far as what was tested. The last few years though, all tests are the same at all locations. One test location should be no more or no less difficult than any other. Having said that, the human element is still involved. One advantage of RTP is that it's real cheap to stay there and the traffic in the area is not bad at all. San Jose is real expensive, from what I hear. As far as the proctors, I've only been to RTP. With the exception of one young proctor who was real arrogant (and no longer there), they've all been real professional and helpful.
