Alaa,

They make some very good server-based applications to handle this and
provide a wealth of functionality. Check out WEBSENSE and N2H2. I
think it would be a much cleaner and much more valuable solution for
your client. I know you can check out a free demo for WEBSENSE and
maybe for N2H2 as well.

How about blocking outbound? So block outbound to the Internet server
and
allow only the IP you want. Then on the server, only allow the specific
user
access to the Internet server. Then to the Internet only allow the IP
address of the Internet server,
