Yes, a missing route plays a similar (not identical) role as interesting
traffic.

You may want to watch on the remote side idle timer. The remote side knows
nothing about dialer watch and may disconnect the call causing flapping.

Does this mean that the isdn connection will not disconnect after the idle
timeout till the route from the main path is back ??
