You don't have to take the CCNA. The certs pages with the requirements on
cisco.com don't tell you everything and the support forum people are
clueless as well.

Go to certmanager.net/cisco and login into your account to find out the real
requirements. Once you're logged in, click on "Certification Progress" ==>
"Cisco Career Certification" ==> and then on CCSP, for example.
