If you're studying CallManager configuration, dial
plans, Unity, and SRST, you've probably gone too far.
For the R&S lab, you will want to know at least: dial
peer configuration / options, basic digit
manipulation, QoS configuration, etc. It is better to
know more than you need, so that you don't have to
waste valuable time looking things up. Any
'over-preparation' will be helpful later if you go on
to pursue a voice specialization.
