Sh ip int will show you helper addresses, I think show run is only way to see which ports are helped.

All networks except the /31 and /32s have a defined network address (1st address of the block) and broadcast address (last address of the block). Classful/classless behavior and your own route table needs to be considered when classifying whether an address is unicast or a directed broadcast. At least that's my understanding of it.
