I have the following in my config

dial-peer voice 9 pots
 port 1/0/0
 prefix +131232

I want to dial 1-312-32x-xxxx
I add the following statement and do not understand the error.

r7(config)#dial-peer voice 9 pots
r7(config-dial-peer)#destination-pattern [0-9]....
Incorrect format for E.164 Number
        must be of the form ^((\+)?[0-9,#*ABCD]*\.*T?)$
