ISIS on F/R NBMA

Has anyone gotten ISIS to work over Frame-Relay configured on the main interface with map statements. here is the hub router config. I have three spokes my looback are seen by the hub router but the spokes don't see the loopbacks of the other spokes only the hubs.
 
I should see 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.2.2 on the sh ip route of router r4 but as you'll see below it is not working.
