boot system command

Dear all

I configured Cisco2621 like below.

partition flash 2 8 8

boot system flash:2:c2600-i-mz.122-12b.bin
boot system flash:1:c2600-i-mz.121-7c.bin
boot system flash:2:
boot system flash:1:

Router#sh flash

System flash directory, partition 1:
File Length Name/status
  1 8006916 c2600-i-mz.122-12b.bin
[8006980 bytes used, 381628 available, 8388608 total]
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read ONLY)

System flash directory, partition 2:
File Length Name/status
  1 7616996 c2600-i-mz.121-7c.bin
[7617060 bytes used, 771548 available, 8388608 total]
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

But there were errors like below.

%SYS-6-READ_BOOTFILE_FAIL: tftp://255.255.255.255/:2:c2600-i-mz.122-12b.bin File read failed -- Timed out.

%SYS-6-READ_BOOTFILE_FAIL: tftp://255.255.255.255/:1:c2600-i-mz.121-7c.bin File read failed -- Timed out.

%SYS-6-READ_BOOTFILE_FAIL: tftp://255.255.255.255/:2: File read failed -- Timed out.

%SYS-6-READ_BOOTFILE_FAIL: tftp://255.255.255.255/:1: File read failed -- Timed out.

Why ? Do I have to configure another command ? Please let me know.

config-register is 0x2102.
