Rx cannot be an ABR if you have "other routing protocols" attached to it. If you take away the "other routing protoscols" then you can configure it with area x nssa and put the area x nssa default-information-originate on the cat3550 if it is connected to other protocols. And so on, and so on.....
I think NSSA was created to allow redistribution into a so-called "stub" area and the ospf domain and still keep the database as small as possible.
