Minor Itch ,
I am confused on wat formula to use for frts .
I have read the CCO example .
I have read the post by brain at certfication talk.(good but confusin )
I have consulted my ccie freind ,
he says for lab strictly use all there is on Doc -cd .
could some one clarify .
