Hossam,
Since it is Confedration all the other routers outside the Confed will
see the routes coming form As 200.So when u try to filter routes wont it
filter all routes. Can u show tih graphic what u are trying to achieve ?

Are u trying to filter only certain Sub As as all outside eBGP neighbours
will see it as coming form As 200.
