Objet: RIP OSPF redistribution
Hello,
Assume that we have a senario with 3 router :
R1 & R3 speak RIP v2 , R2 & R3 too
R1 & R2 speak OSPF
RIP is redistributed into OSPF at R1 & R2 using "redistribute rip metric 1
metric-type 1 subnets"
R2 learn LAN via RIP (via R3), and R1 learn LAN via OSPF (via R2)
R1 -----OSPF------R2
\ /

RIP RIP
\ /
R3

LAN
My question is : why can i not see the LAN in R1's RIP database ?
NB : i can see LAN in R2's RIP database, R3 annonce LAN to both R1 and R2.
thx for advice.
Mounir
