When the 4507R configured with RPR+ dual SUPIV redundancy, only port 1/1 and
2/1 are active. Port 1/2 and 2/2 are not active and can not be used.

Can you actively use the interfaces off of the secondary SUP while its in
"standby mode" on a 4507R switch? This would help towards port capacity and
save me from having to buy another module to support two more connections.
