Console Problem on 3620

I have a funny problem on one of my 3620's that I need help with. I can
console to it while it boots and can break into the Rommonitor and all that
stuff, but as soon as it boots an IOS it locks out the console port. Then I
can not get anything at any console speed, and my aux port is locked out
too.

Any ideas?
