Remove Help Panel from ACS user interface.

Guys,

This may be a quick fix but I have not been able to find it. Is there an easy
way to remove the help panel from the ACS web interface. I know that I can
slide it over to make it smaller but, after I add a device or the screen is
refreshed for any reason, the help panel is automaticallly resized to half the
screen. I just want it to go away!! :)
