On the 3550, try: show interface pruning

Switch#sh int pruning

Port Vlans pruned for lack of request by neighbor
Fa0/13 none
Fa0/14 none
Fa0/24 none

Port Vlan traffic requested of neighbor
Fa0/13 none
Fa0/14 none
Fa0/24 none
Switch#

Not much going on above, but give it looks like it could be what you want.
