Kenneth,

"sh vtp status" will show you if pruning is enabled or disabled. "sh interfaces [<interface>] trunk" will show you what vlans are allowed on the trunk.

Subject: How to verify if VLAN pruning is working?

Hey everyone,

Are there any "show" commands I can use to verify what VLANs have been pruned off of a trunk? If I check the VLAN database, pruned VLANs will still show up there. How can I verify this real quick?

Thanks,
