Never thought it I would ever write this post, but after 4 attempts at the lab I finally nailed it. I can finally get my life back, until i decide to do the Security track. Its been a really long road for me, I originally passed the CCIE written January 2001. For all those that have taken the lab and failed, dont get discouraged, it is not impossible. Actually this the first time that I actually felt I deserved to pass the exam. Every time I failed, I kicked up my studies up a notch and can now really appreciate why CCIE's are such an elite group.
I read all the standard books and did hundreds of hours on my home rack (which wiil be going on ebay tonight ), but i would really recommend the Cyscoexpert bootcamp. These guys are really sharp and gave me the skills to push me over the edge. After taking thier bootcamp I walked into the lab with the "eye of the tiger" and finished the lab at 12:45 with 3+ hours to review. I haven't been an really active poster to this group, but I would also like to thank all those who participate in this effort to promote the CCIE community. Thx
