Dustin, are you assuming the UNIX box is running the OSPF (e.g.,
Zebra or GateD)? Are you looking for a protocol analyzer trace of
OSPF? There are such things, well annotated, in John Moy's OSPF books.
I'm increasingly believing there's real value to side-by-side
comparison of debug traces and protocol analyzer streams. AFAIK, the
only source that even touches this is Satterlee & Hutnik's book (the
first one, for which I was a reviewer).
