Try newer code. That is sometimes the problem. Try the lastest 12.3. You
should also look up in the support documentation and find out if it is
supported for sure.

Use "disk 0: or disk 1:" instead of "flash" or "slot 0: or slot 1:". For
example, use command "copy tftp disk0:" or "format disk 0:".
