Nizar,

   Your VPN connections should not have anyhing to do with your routing. Setup routing to load balance in your normal way (IE BGP or Default route, route maps). The VPN will create the tunnels and use the rounting table to route traffic. You get the idea??

   If you need specific info, then we need to know if you are running BGP or static to your ISPs. Also, I am assuming that your VPN and routers are two separate boxes. Your configuration would be a little different if its the same box. I hope this helps.
