We have rsvp configured between two routers, and we are trying to use the rsvp sender and rsvp reservation to test rsvp(both scenarios were tried over a serial link and a frame-relay link) . We
cannot get the simulation function to work. If we put the rsvp sender and reservation on the same box it works (only locally of course). However, we were able to successfully configure DLSW using rsvp
over the frame-relay link just to prove we were configuring rsvp correctly* -What a bear that was.. :( that worked /w no problems. We noticed, when trying to simulate an rsvp reservation
using the reservation and sender commands, we'd receive Path messages & errors from one side..but it would not work all the way. We would see the neighbor establishment under show ip rsvp
neighbor, but we would not see any output under show ip rsvp interface.
Has anyone ever been able to get this to work. We searched the archives, and found about 400 postings,
browsed a couple, but couldn't find anything concrete....
