Thanks that make sense now... What was confusing me was that when I
upped the delay between R5&R3 to 200 then the second route disappeared
from R6.
What I believe is happening is that I was making R5 the furthest router,
therefore eigrp was removing the route from R6 to prevent loops.
I created another topology to validate what you indicated the outputs
should be and it was right on target.

Hi Andy,
I do not see any problems with the output. The show ip eigrp topology
with arguments will display all routes wheras without any arguments will
display only routes that are feasible successors.
The show ip eigrp topology 13.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 is telling you that
the FD is 307200 which is the FD is thru the ethernet going to R4 which
is right.
