I don't think that is a standard Cisco cable but I suppose you could
connect a CAB-V35MT= cable to each V.35 end of the octal cable (this
cable has male DB-60 connector on one end and a male Winchester
connector on the other). I've done that sort of thing in lab setups and
it does make a mess. I understand why you are looking for the cable with
the correct ends.

I wonder if anyone makes one of those gender adapters (that can fit in
the palm of your hand) for this exact gender change.

If money and time are no object, there are a number of companies that
would be happy to build one for you . . . Pacific Cable comes to mind.
