When you have a problem or a question, rather than beginning with a
search from cisco.com, go to cisco.com/univercd and try to find the
answer. It is very similar to the CD. I have heard that there are a few
differences, but they are very minor.

I suggest that you spend spend your time on the cisco web site, and read

the stuff there, until you know exactly where everything is. As has been

said on this list many times, you better be going to the doc cd as a
last
resort.
