Perhaps instead of voting, it might be more appropriate to ASK Paul
Borghese (the guy who has provided the hardware, WAN connections, and
labor to run these lists) if a new list is a reasonable thing to do.
I don't think we thank Paul enough for all the time and money he has
donated since he started this service many years ago.
