What is special with this beast ? It doesn't work.. Tried 12.2.15T whatever
and 12.2.17

aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default group tacacs+
!
ip http server
ip http authentication aaa
!
tacacs-server host 10.10.10.1
tacacs-server key cisco

debug shows OK
05:56:20: TAC+: ver=192 id=3021906433 received AUTHEN status = PASS
05:56:20: AAA/AUTHEN (3021906433): status = PASS

but I always get browser prompt
