Hi Everyone,
I have a question about redistribution metrics for eigrp. Say, I have the
following scenario:
R2 ----- s0 -- ospf cloud
|
Eigrp
|
Cat 3550
When I do a mutual redistribution at R2 ,
R2#sh int f0/0
FastEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is Gt96k FE, address is 000c.cea4.8c90 (bia 000c.cea4.8c90)
Internet address is 172.16.26.2/24
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 100000 Kbit, DLY 100 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
Question 1 . Do I use a delay of 10usec as in 100/10 - used in eigrp
calculations
router eigrp 1
redistribute ospf 1 metric 100000 10 255 1 1500
OR just use the delay shown when u do a show int f0/0
redistribute ospf 1 metric 100000 100 255 1 1500
Q2. Am I right in choosing the eigrp interface for metric values and not
the ospf S0 interface for metric values ?
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.
Paul
