I'm trying to get PPP callback to work with AAA
server. Basically I got a client (router) and a server
(another router) connected through ISDN. The client
connects to the server and requests and callback.
Since the callback number is not mapped on the ISDN
interface on the server, the server grabs the number
from the AAA server.
This is working fine for me if I use a legacy DDR
(interface dialer) but I can't get it to work directly
using the physical ISDN interface. When I put the "ppp
callback accept" directly on the server, the server
gets the callback number from the AAA server but it
fails to dial it.
Has anybody tried this? like I said it is working fine
with legacy DDR or even without AAA server (when I map
the callback number on the ISDN interface) but never
directly on the ISDN interface.
Please share your experience, if any.
Regards and have a happy holiday,
Anas
