Hi, group,
I got a pretty weird problem.
Each time when I type the command " show ip pim rp mapping", I trigger the
router to dial!!!
And the dial reason is a broadcast from the isdn interface.
I know from experience that when I want to ping a multicast address from a
router, it triggers the isdn no matter if I enable ip pim in the isdn
interface. But how come the show command also broadcast?
Any by the way, there is another problem annoying me for a long time: it is
extremly slow when I show ip pim rp mapping sometimes. Some routers do, some
routers do not. I do not know why.
Anybody can help me?
Thanks.
Soup
