john - sorry - had mgcp and different endpoints on my mind. here are some
options

h323 - for your outbound pots call leg, create a second pots dial peer and
preference the second pri over the first. ccm should send all 9.@ to it
and then pots dial peer will be matched and sent out outbound dial peer.

mgcp - different endpoints will be registered and you can do like i
mentioned before - prefer one over the other by order in your route
groups/lists
