Since minimum configuration is required, then leave the preference to
default on R5 and set it to any value greater than 0 on R6.

Requirement:

Make R5 and R6 announce themselves as Default Gateway
for VLAN C without using HSRP. R6 should be the
preferable default gateway. Use the minimum number of
commands to accomplish the task.
