Assuming you're someone with at least a CCNP level of knowledge, and you were able to
pass the CCIE written, Cyscoexpert can take you through the lab part of it in an
efficient and very positive way. (Of course, they also offer basic and intermediate
classes for people who need to harden their fundamentals). Obviously, as with all things
in life, you get out of it what you put in, but from what I experienced there and what
I've seen them do with others - you are making a good bet. I was able to pass all of the
written and even the lab exam on the first attempt with these instructors as my mentors
and guides. This, in spite of the fact that I didn't have much experience before I
started the trip. Of course, I didn't have a personal life for 9 months and I read
cover-to-cover over 9000 pages of Ciscopress. [Yes, I had a full-time day job during this
marthon too.] So, like I said, if you put in your share of sweat and dedication, they can
get you through to the finish line. The lady that mentioned she was dissatisfied perhaps
didn't have the proper background in IT, CCNP knowldege, or time to study for 30+ hours a
week for 9-12 months (in addition to 12-40 hours of class time) which is the minimum that
it takes most people to pass (I'm speaking of the whole CCNA to CCIE journey).
Unfortunately, with these types of classes it isn't like an American high school, where
you basically can just show up for X number of months and expect to "earn" a diploma.
Plus, as we all know, it's a damn hard exam. Good luck and God bless!
Happy New Year to all!
